How to delete your account
You can permanently delete your Rynote account and all associated data at any time, directly from the app. No need to contact support.
Steps
- 1Go to rynote.ai/app and sign in if you aren't already.
- 2Under Delete account, type DELETE into the confirmation field.
- 3Select "Permanently delete my account" — your account and data are removed immediately.
What gets deleted
Deletion is immediate and permanent — there's no recovery window. This removes:
- • Your profile — name, email, and login credentials
- • Every meeting, transcript, and AI summary
- • All notes and recordings
- • Your subscription and billing history
